The American Anthropological Association completed its analysis of the controversial IFC Pangue project. The report, The Pehuenche, the World Bank Group, and ENDESA,S.A.:Violations of human rights in the Pangue and Ralco dam projects on the Bio-Bio River, Chile includes recommendations for improving the draft policies. Based on these findings, AAA President J. Hill's makes recommendations to IFC President James D. Wolfensohn. (4/1/98)
